    Iron tablets or pills, lots of fruits and veggies, and of course juice or any sugary drink helps you get more blood and also not feel lightheaded and weak and sick………..ask your doctor if there is anything you cant have………..this also depends on what you had done that you lost blood and take percocet.

    The biggest thing I think would be Iron, But not the stuff you get from a hardware store. Good luck.

    Food period might be a good idea. Also fluids might be another good thing too.Unforunately Iron won’t help much considering you could cause more trouble by having too much Iron in your blood.

    fluids are most important after blood loss…
    water….and orange juice
    no salt for a day or two wouldn’t hurt either

    you have to eat liver to get stronger blood.if that doesn’t work bite your friend in the neck!!! and suck their blood = }

    Raisins & oatmeal… both have lots of iron
