Increase your muscle mass and you will burn more calories when at rest.

the more muscle mass that a person has the less of a difference there is between the resting metabolic rate (RMR) when awake and the sleeping metabolic rate (SMR). the SMR actually increases during the 1st sleep cycle then steadily declines lower and lower until right before awakening.
* I’m 250 lbs with about 9% body fat. every night in the winter months my gf ends up on my side of the bed because she says I’m like a furnace…lol

If your room is really cold you will burn more calories because naturally your body will be moving more to try to keep warm.
