My OB is a male and he’s great, but asking a guy, doctor or not, about how to sleep better during pregnancy when he isn’t even bringing up the hip and lower back pain is a wate of time. He’s attributing the uncomfortability you get at night all to your larger body and center of gravity change. He says nothing about cramps, joint pain, not being able to sleep on your back or stomach, and acid reflex. Clueless!
