    You should be able to find Valerian Root in any retail store in the vitamin section, if you’re looking for tea you should try a Natural Foods or Co-op store.

    Careful with Valerian. It can cause nausea (to the point you are throwing up rather than sleeping).
    Melatonin works better.

    Yes, get the pill form! At any health food store, pretty much any brand.

    GMC sell valerian root. but it smells like dirty feet just so you know.

    it depends on the person Suzie. I have taken it many times, have never gotten sick. It puts me out!!!
